  • Homeowners Association Task Force Provided consultation on HOA rules and regulations, budget pro forma, reserve study, minutes of meetings, financial reports (not an audit), collection policy and annual disclosure report.
  • Subdivision Advisory Committee Litigation Task Force Mr. Peters co-chaired the committee that advised on litigation pursuant to violations of the laws of the California Department of Real Estate regarding most standard subdivisions and various types of common interest developments.
